Love it! Period. Very easy to set up on my galaxy s22 smart phone, then my fiance set it up to her i-phone then i set it up to my lenova laptop i got from best buy also. Very easy hp app to use to print from all three and i did sign up for the ink subscription but not the paper one and will see how that goes.

I print a lot of photos. This printer was a replacement for my 12 year old HP Inkjet that died after over 61,000 copies printed. I went through 2 other printers and returned them because they didn’t print photos on photo paper.

Fantastic printers. Very easy to set up and operate.

Overall ok. Very loud when printing, had an Epson prior. Still trying to figure out the turn off process.

Print quality and speed is great. Setting up was a little confusing between printing from app rather than purchasing smart print. Overall worth the buy.

It's a good printer. Better than the 8020 series I had before. But it's louder than the one I had before. So I guess it's a give and take.

We had an HP Office Jet Pro 8600 that lasted for around 15 years so we want to stay with a product that we trusted and were familiar with. So far no problems. We are extremely happy with the purchase.

It is a very good printer and is very fast. My only problem is Best Buy Review Techs told me it would auto duplex legal paper, but I found out that it would not.

I had to replace my 12 year old printer and it was an HP also. So i went back with another HP wireless printer. Super easy to set up.

So far so good. I ordered a previous hp printer and was not able to print remotely. Was only able to print if the device was on the same network as the printer. I bought the previous printer after speaking with HP personnel and no luck. Also it took an hour to set up. Well i bought this one from Best buy and the set up was 5 minutes and it prints remotely yyyyyyeeessss. Welcome back to being my favorite HP.

I purchased an HP printer that failed to operate properly within the first month. I contacted HP Support and spoke with several agents, each offering troubleshooting steps. I followed all instructions, but the issue remained unresolved. HP approved a replacement, but required me to return the faulty printer before sending the new one—leaving me without a printer for over two weeks. When the replacement arrived, the enclosed instructions stated I needed to transfer the printhead from the original printer, which was no longer in my possession. After multiple calls, HP agreed to send a new printhead. Unfortunately, the printhead arrived with setup ink cartridges that were incompatible with my printer model. I contacted HP again and was transferred to another agent who required visual confirmation via my phone camera before approving shipment of the correct cartridges. I complied, and was told the proper cartridges would arrive in approximately one week. From initial purchase to first support contact: ~1 month From receiving the replacement to awaiting correct cartridges: ~1 month+ To maintain printing capability, I purchased a lower-cost HP printer independently. Summary: The warranty and support process was lengthy, disjointed, and unsatisfactory. I encountered delays, contradictory instructions, and repeated escalations. I was unable to get the replacement to function. It sits in a box, and I now use a competitor's printer which works wonderfully.
