easy setup and great copies HP has great equipment abd this is another one price was excellant

the product was so simple to setup and printing is fast and efficient with an amazing quality and speed.

So far so good. It definitely is larger than I thought it would be and I probably would take it back if it wasn't too heavy to lift.

This is the second HP printer that had a bad printer head. All other HP products I've no memory of issues. Had to wait two weeks for the replacement and then it wouldn't print photos in wide format. Also, tray 2 can only use plain paper, no photo or thicker quality paper. Spent a lot of time with three different techs. Plus, the software asks about signing you up for their printer ink and services. Once you do, you cannot use any other ink from third parties. So, if you intend to not use HP ink only, do not sign up. You can cancel ink subscriptions at any time, but it will also block you from using any other ink provider (like Keurig coffee pods only) did

HP does it again. I use their printers since early 2k. Fast, bigger size paper capability, colors are great and yes, I do print some pics on this one. I like it better than my laser printer, also HP, and easy to maintain

Very pleased with print quality, paper handling, scanning, and speed. Ink's not the cheapest, but the type from this machine looks crisper than on some of the competing printers with bigger ink tanks. Works well with both Windows and Mac systems.

Works great. Only thing I was frustated with is that the black ink was low right out of the box. HP wouldn’t replace it. They wanted to replace the entire printer instead. So I had to purchase a new black cartridge, Which was 60 some dollars. Choke! But we needed something that would print 11x17 inch paper (also not cheap and had to order online). We needed to print engineered plans and this was on sale. It is big. Not for the average user. It works great so far.

It’s big and it prints fast. Was easy to set up and get going on my projects.

This is a HUGE printer that is what I have wanted! The design is strange because if you use 11x17 paper a lot then the paper holder hangs out! I have a previous printer that uses the same ink BUT you have to go through customer service to get (old) ink to work! I am very disappointed in HP for all these mindless issues to use this printer!

I have been in the business of information technology since 1983, the HP Office Jet Pro 9730e - dollar for dollar, is the finest, most functional office machine I have ever owned!

Overall great with all tasks, only downside is the size of the printer. It’s huge.

Good all purpose printer, copier and scanner. Able to print 11 X 17 ledger paper. Short on instructions, had to go to internet for answers to questions.

It is very similar to my old printer. I haven’t used it enough to get used to it, but it seems simple enough. I like the fact that it doesn’t have to be wireless.

I have been using the large-format printer from HP for decades and find that their clarity in printing color images/photos is unbeatable compared to other brands. Due to my kind of work, there are times that I need an 11x17 paper output and the HP OfficeJet Pro 9730e was the closest match to my former HP7740 Printer that eventually stopped working.

I like this printer. It is a good one for work from home or small business. I had it for a few months. It is an essential for me.

Love everything except the 11x17 paper tray I hate that it stays open all the time............

I choose this printer for it's dual tray and all in one features. It works great!
