    Had no problems with this. Works well. Perfect size for a table top placement. Prints a bit slow but not something that is a big issue.

    The reason for the low rating is not the printer, it's the 3 month trial of HP Instant Ink. Printer delivery was great, printer works great, very pleased. But the deal on the ink is awful, so don't think you're getting anything extra over the price of the printer. You have to select a number of pages per month for a rate, business rate upwards of $27 a month/700 pages once trial expires. IF YOU EXCEED the number of pages, they want $1 for every 10 pages printed over. That is just ridiculous. How can you predict? You get penalized for using the printer. Thankfully, you can cancel. Very bad marketing idea, HP! But I love the printer, don't get me wrong. And BestBuy is the best vendor.

    It prints ok in both formats. It is more limited in paper choice than previous machines: i. e., won't print the weight cardstock the 7740 and 8500 could, and doesn't allow me to choose the quality of printing.

    I needed a printer that would utilize both regular and legal size paper. This fit the bill. Have had HP printers before with good success. I purchased it at Best Buy because of their sales staff and customer service. They are literally the best!!!

    It was a little hard to set up, but it was really great once we got it set up. I love the 2 tray option. It is HUGE and take up allot of space, but besides that, it works great!
