Amazing deal! I got this open box and there was not a thing wrong with it. It runs great and is very sleek for how much power is under the hood.

Great performance. Only real downside of this is having a super loud cooling system. Obviously, this can be adjusted but the out of the box settings certainly need updated.

The first machine I received was broken but I was able to get a replacement and I've enjoyed this laptop since the time of purchase.

Great purchase for a school/gaming laptop. I need a laptop for daily personal use and ocasional gaming and this laptop is perfect for that purpose. The price is RIGHT. The look is subtle and I like it that way, keyboard is good. My experience is smooth and seamless so far. The laptop remains cool most of the time, fans are not crazy loud. I havent had any problem with the amd chip so far. My plan is to upgrade it with an extra 2.5 SSD (yes, it has an extra 2.5" slot SATA for storage) in the future when the stock m2 pcie 1TB ssd is full.

this laptop is best described as a wolf in sheeps clothing. it's more powerful than you would imagine with the 8 core amd ryzen 4800 and has handled everything ice thrown at it so far in the way of gaming (admittedly not my main reason for buying this, but i did do a little bit to check out the gpu, which was great) as well as audio recording with several different DAW programs. this is a good option to pick up if u need raw power on a budget. if you find a good deal, I'd say snatch it up if your on the fence. hth

I got computer to run MS Flight Simulator 2020. It exceeds the upper requirements. Works great and is fast for everything else I use it for.

I really like how you can upgrade hardware by your self such RAM, M2. It's getting hot while you switch to GPU only. Build quality is OK

We selected this computer for the operating speed, memory, and storage - it did not disappoint.

Really great performance. Software from HP is a nice addition. I was expecting the fans to be noisy and was surprised at how quiet it is.

Was able to play some first person shooter games on this laptop. Graphics were smooth with little to no lag. Nice laptop with an awesome colored keyboard, but is pretty heavy IMO.

Handles all of my games (The Sims 4, Destiny 2, Minecraft, GTAV, and Forza Horizon 5) seamlessly.

Excellent laptop like all of the HP products I have owned over the years. Faster than anticipated and sleek to the max.

I am not a gamer, but liked that this laptop is not a touch screen plus it has 1T of memory. It is fast and I am very happy with it.

This laptop has exceeded my expectations in every way. It's almost as if Best Buy made a mistake on the price. oh well! Simply stunning!

Couple of IntelliJ IDE's, 5-6 Docker images, VScode IDE and the browser with lots of tabs all running at the same time and i don't felt any sluggishness. Best for your buck.

I have been very pleased with my purchase of the HP Omen. It has served the purpose of a broadcast streaming laptop very well. It loads quickly and is very responsive.

It is great for industrial design students it is fast and the capacity for the apps such as solid, photoshop and cad, is amazing!
