I’m so happy with this purchase. I play sims with a ton of mods and cc. Love streaming games with high fps. Great overall I have no complaints. Ehh just kidding it’s gets warm quick so definitely consider something to game on with it

This is a good laptop. I like how good the screen is. It feels nice. The only issue is the screen flex. Otherwise, it has good battery life for normal productivity tasks and is good for mid-range gaming. However, only get if it is $300 off

I chose this lap top because it had the AMD Ryzen 7 processor. To handle all of my business needs. The 1020 dpi camera works great , the lower price points on lap tops uses 820 dpi. So keep that in mind and look at the specs.

I will steer away from the technicals and focus more on the user experience with this one. If you have never had a gaming laptop and have been suspicious of its overall usability then this is the best buy for you. First, in my humble opinion, this is a great value and best buy for your money in this segment. I have always been a desktop guy with my PC games but this one is such a pleasure to have in the arsenal that it simply blows away any reservations I have had on gaming laptops. If you had been a part of the gaming laptop family about 6-7 years back and were expecting a huge, heavy, ridiculous to carry anvil of a machine then do yourself a favor and be pleasantly surprised by this one, if you buy it that is. This is such a good all round laptop with great specifications that you can carry to meetings and play games on. It is light. The exhausts are not like tents that shackle your mobility. The style and design are simple. Simple. No strange or cumbersome edges or protrusions. The multicolored back-lit keyboard is nice. It is fast. I play sports games and there was no lag or hiccups. For the technical points please look at some of the other reviews that are mostly right on the money. The two reservations I have is that the screen could have been 4K but that would have jacked up the price. The overall screen performance (60hz) is solid. And then there is the battery; in my use case, and I play only sports games, the battery simply did not last beyond 80-90 minutes. Now, I have not had the time to measure the battery performance outside of the gaming world but I am sure it will be much better because of the less load factor. It is too early to figure out the heating and cooling factors for the long run but it has been quiet and calm through about 25+ hours of gameplay so far.

Fantastic laptop for the price. Runs all of my games flawlessly and is super quiet compared to my last laptop. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good performance laptop that won’t break the bank.

Great graphics card, storage is a tad lacking with no SSD. Processor works like a dream 4/5 because of the multiple issues I’ve had, ranging from BSODs and Black screens, to full on repair needed to the Motherboard and Ram which was covered by HP themselves

A fantastic computer the 16gb of ram definitely allow you to run pretty much any program you want it runs Autocad and Revit great and plays the games I like the graphics are lacking but it's still a great computer.

its a grate computer its not a 4k display but looks very bright , i like the definition, internet pages open very quick never heat up, the cooling systems works some times but keep computer on good temperature all the time.

This lap top is well above what our needs are, however it is nice to have a laptop that performs well and it suits out needs in lieu of a desktop. I am a "tactile" person and love the feel of the keyboard. It is smooth.

Has been my mainstay laptop for a while. Does what I need to it to do when gaming (Valorant mainly). I get 200+ fps on it and it can handle heavy programs as well.

Solid laptop. Would recommend for someone wanting something that looks sleek but still has a good amount of power and isn't overly expensive. Charger gets really hot which is my only concern but after some research its apparently normal.

first laptop I got, it's HOME botton on the keybord is damaged, but I change another new one, good service, bestbuy. But it dont have a number pad, maybe its a little confuse for thoes who need numberpad for working .

So far the Computer is functioning well. I will say that the keyboard is a little bit cumbersome but it will work for most of our purposes. We are primarily using it for a photography studio and tethering.

My son just received this for Christmas. He is 9 and said the back light keys are helpful when using the keyboard for controls. I set it up and it was very easy. We are also very impressed with the graphics

I like the slick design of this laptop and I like the great quality picture of the screen.Great price especially of the features that it provides compared to the a p p p l e brand. Happy with my HP Omen!!!

Bought this laptop for my son. It appears to perform well, and so far does not overheat. However he reports he can no longer use his headphones with it, either with bluetooth or wired. We'll try to take it to Best Buy to be inspected.

Love it the only issue is it over heats when playing one of my high graphics games. I had to keep the cooling fans off of anything. So i bought a cooling stand.

Based on a recommendation from a friend in the computer field. He did a lot a research and this was the best machine for needs and playing high end graphic video games

This was the nicest computer I have ever bought. It runs great, and the graphics are amazing!! The batter drains kind of fast during gaming, but of just streaming Netflix or something it lasts a lot longer.

The Omen is the best midpriced gaming laptop out there with excellent thermals, and the ability to handle most games with aplomb. The power brick is fairly large which is the only major negative so far.
