We bought this laptop for our 12-year old nephew, and he uses it for school work and online games. So far he's enjoying it without any complaints. It's our first HP Omen laptop, so we hoping it'll lasts 3-5 years before replacing a new one.

Computer is very fast. Just what I was looking for.

Not as fast as I had expected. I am using the machine to do some CAD to design models too and some computational tasks as well. I will be testing with the GPU to see how it fares at some point.

HP has reinvented themselves in all the right ways with this one. Excellent design and efficient cooling capabilities makes this a stellar gaming laptop. The only issues are low storage capacities out of the box and the backlit keyboard is rather dim. Other than that, this is a great laptop purchase.

As mentioned in the title. Somehow I missed this when shopping. It was erroneous on my part. The bells and whistles distracted me enough, until I went to start installing programs and wondered where the other half of the storage was. Not this time.

I love my HP Omen RTX 2060. Don’t listen to anyone saying this can’t run raytracing. I run Control, Metro Exodus, and CoD Warzone with raytracing and most settings at max getting 60+fps. Control and Metro obviously need DLSS enabled, but DLSS looks way better than 1080p anyway. Thermals are great too!

I expected this product to be more stable, but instead it is like a high maintenance pet. Crashes at a whim. Hoping some updates will fix this issue up to a certain point. Also getting a cooling pad. We’ll see...

So far so good. This one is a replacement one from the other omen I purchased that was a lemon. Only issue I have is how long it took for me to get a new replacement. Took a month to get any head way and continuous calls into the repair center trying to find out what is happening.

I gave HP one last chance since their products are usually faulty and never last long. I’ve had a HP PC and a laptop that barely reached 4 years. My Macbook pro is going on 6 years now without issues but it was never a gaming unit. I got this for playing exclusively World of Warcraft. It died on me while playing. Did everything, looked on youtube for solutions but no luck. 2 year lifespan. I’ve had it with HP.

Fantastic gaming laptop, HP really has stepped it up, I would recommend HP over Dell at this point, and great value for what you are getting! Would strongly recommend to friends and or family.

Love this laptop. Great for everyday tasks but also awesome for the occasional gaming. You might want to get a cooling pad for higher end games though, mine ran in the upper 80’s on Cuberpunk 2077.

Honestly a really awesome laptop. Thermals are the best of any gaming laptop available at best buy and omen undervolting and system controls are awesome compared to other manufacturers in the game

worth it's price, very good gaming machine and fans keep it cool. But: omen command center needs a way to control fan speeds in the moment, also it need fans rpm information. And a big question!!!!: When will this refreshed omen be in 17 inches? I will buy it instant

The employee that helped me was great and he sold this laptop and it's exceeded my expectations. Great gaming laptop and affordable. Only complaint is the fan is a little loud but that's fine. I would rather know that it's working keeping system cool.

Excellent for the price point. Got it open box, sketchy but hasn’t disappointed. Screen resolution not the finest…external monitor recommended. Using it for CAD…works great!

This computer will get the basic job done within the adobe cloud suite. Its not made for heavy tasks as the processor is only an i7 but you will be fine video editing and working things in after effects

Great looking machine, runs well, minor issues. Some flex in the casing, a little concerning. Camera doesn’t work very well, poor resolution. Overall it seems like a very good computer.

My 13- year old son uses this laptop for school and gaming. He loves how fast it is and that it's loaded with NVIDIA Geforce RTX 2060 graphics card. The lid is plastic but the laptop has a nice/sleek look. So far we are happy with this purchase.

Our old laptop was working so very slowly. We needed this new laptop. We can accomplish so much more in a lot less time. I has so much memory. We could not be happier.

Its not a bad computer. Great value for the price. Will say this though, the keyboard is terrible for fast paced gaming. There is no n key roll over so good luck with multiple commands. I've had a lot of ghosting when playing FPS.
