Bricked on me after 1 day.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very excited to get this laptop, full rtx 2060 sounded very intriguing to me, however after updating bios and using the pc for a little bit, nothing crazy mind you, maybe an hour or 2 of gaming, the next morning it didnt turn on, and I had to return it to bestbuy and they confirmed it was bricked. Very frustrating.

Poor Sales and Support

I bought an HP laptop. The tag said 500GB of memory plus another 1TB hard drive. The salesman said it had 1.5 TB of memory. He confirmed the product and sold it to me. When I got home I began using it. After a few weeks I noticed I had no access to the additional TB. HP confirmed he had given me a different model. I can't get help from Best Buy. Chat with their support; they couldn't help and said contact the store. The store doesn't take calls. Repeated attempts when unanswered.

Bleh…PC’s are full of unnecessary software products constantly asking you to buy something, popping up, doing things in the background. What a horrible OS. Back to Mac.

Defective, like every other laptop I just bought

I did not even need it for gaming. I needed it for Office. That is it. Literally IT! I needed it for some simple biotech programs and to write research papers. Touch pad and screen defective. Every brand of laptop I have no purchased from Best Buy starting back in October, every single one, right out of the box, defective, all over 1k each.

Visually Appealing Laptop

However, about 3 weeks after I purchased it, the hard drive failed and the laptop wouldn't boot up. Thankfully, Best Buy replaced it, even though it was outside the return period.

There are long pauses consistently when accessing files from the laptop or an external hard drive. The ethernet plug is poorly designed and hard to remove the ethernet cord.
