7 months after owning this laptop with very little use and the keys are starting to go out and not work properly. I have seen the HP Omen seems to have this issue a lot.

The headphone jack broke in the first week. I purchased the 3-year protection plan with Geek Squad. I was told via the online chat support for Geek Squad that I had to pay additional if I wanted support for this issue. I returned the laptop and got a full refund on the laptop and 3-year plan. What a waste. One thing I noticed, too. they keyboard is actually very tiny. If you plan to use this for any typing just note the keys are oddly very small and close to each other. It's like typing on a mini-keyboard.

Computer crashed in less that two years. Needed to replace the harddrive. Terrible computer

Seemed like a good computer but motherboard went in less than 2 years. Very disappointing.

A pretty great gaming laptop with decent specs for a great price. My wife uses this laptop to game on it and she loves it. The only down side is that the cool fan gets super loud when you game. Almost sounds like it’s about lift off into the air. Other than it performs great for midrange gaming laptop.

Great laptop, however the keyboard has failed after only a few months of light use. Completely unacceptable for a product at this price point. HP does not sell replacement parts either as the keyboard is part of the laptops body.

This laptop is awesome the thermal performance is amazing the fans do get loud if you crank them all the way but its tolerable and the performance is excellent the 300hz screen is beautiful and so smooth and the rtx 2060 is a great gpu im getting better performance than i was with the msi gs66 with the rtx 2070max q which i had tried before this laptop i would definitely give this laptop a look if your in the market.

It is not worth the money just buy a desktop this computer is not worth the price

NOT worth the time nor money wasted on this product, Wont turn on (bad mother board) HP wont honor the products warranty.. WILL never buy a HP product...

What kind of new machine blue screens on you? THIS ONE DOES! Can't get through a day without a blue screen of death on this. Stay away.

Screen is defected and loud asf during gaming. Got it on sale for 1149 thought I will be great. But hp never make good laptops

I did not recived the charger … they send me the laptop wt out off charger ….

I returned it. because of the heat problem. this one runs slow than a U processor

Excellent Laptop, I use it wit design programs, games and edition programs, the image is nice, has good colors, the only thing is the battery.

I did a lot of research and I decided on this HP Omen. 1st day of use and so far it’s working perfectly. I like the performance for both gaming and office applications. The fan does get a little bit loud while gaming but they really keep the laptop cool, and the the omen command center has really nice interface that shows you everything that’s going on with the laptop and a lot of options to customize the the rgb lights... this Omen is much better than my other Acer nitro, the rtx 2060 is definitely faster than the gtx 1660ti. I can’t say enough about this laptop, but as for the cons I really wish it had a num-pad and the cover is a fingerprint magnet... apart from that I really love this laptop.

Great laptop, still running strong 4 years later. Still able to run on the highest settings.

Great device for the money, 300hz is insane for a laptop

Had for a few years and it did me justice however the charger died and had to get a new one. The charger blew the pc so I can no longer enjoy it.
