This system is worth every penny! It has a omenous look with the red back light and the power to handle the most graphic of game imagery! I highly recommend it.

I would say this was an excellent product, except lately when I plug it into an outlet to charge the battery it just shuts off. I changed the settings and it seems to have stopped. Hopefully that's all it was, a settings issue! Otherwise its functionality is awesome!

I bought this thinking that with the GTX 1050 and 8GB RAM would be enough to power through a game let alone install Hello Neighbor for my son..... No this "Gaming" Laptop falls real short with lag from CPU being over used and the RAM limitation. It feels like with the bloatwear which has nice features the 8GB just isn't enough to juggle everything to let alone play a game... Bought it open boxed Feb 26th and only used it twice because that's just how frustrating it is. I am taking it back to return it. An HP ENVY with 12GB RAM works better and faster and has better display quality.

Thank you HP and Geek Squad once again disappointing me. The disc usage randomly shoots to 100% with the fan sounding like a jet engine when it is idling. This “gaming” laptop will not even run The Witcher 3. I took it to Geek Squad to repair this and a cracked screen, and now it seems it does not even have a webcam or microphone. They also replaced the screen with an inferior one. What is wrong with HP and Best Buy?

I am very happy with the HP Omen and I have had no problems to speak off. The red keyboard takes some getting used to. My only negative is that it does not come with a CD/DVD drive but there are a lot of external drives to choose from for a reasonable price.

Let's see... it's Christmas morning! I purchased this 1k $ junk, along with the Oculus rift bundle for my son's Big Christmas present... $ 1,400.00 and apparently the HDMI port is NO GOOD.... I'm soo UPSET right now at 5am EST... I could throw this JUNK thru Best Buys front window.... Good for them they won't be open today !!! I'll be at their door Tues morning 1st thing.... Merry Christmas, and Omen/HP is JUNK This TOTALLY RUINS MY SONS CHRISTMAS, thanks HP They won't allow me to say how I really feel, call it inappropriate language... They'll experience me close up and personal tomorrow am.. You don't anticipate these kind of issues when making highend purchases !!! Bill Elliott

Just got it today, set it up and it was working fine then it shut off and restarted and went into repair mode. restarted again and slow and wont connect to a web page. Waste of 700 dollars.

We bought this as a gift for a teacher who tells us almost daily how happy she is to have it. This makes it very easy to prepare her work at home and transport it to school. She uses it with a projector to show her lessons as well.

I really like HP laptops and the Omen brand lives up to the HP Brand. Only tried Fortnite but no lag and am very happy with my purchase. Really like getting it at Best Buy too Incase of issues I have a store to take it to

It looks good with a wonderful shape or design. It sets up well without any Bestbuy help and that’s saying a lot because I only know Apple. Great with the WiFi. And if I had the cash I would get one with a 17” screen.

Lighted keyboard. Tactile positioning on WASD movement keys. Can switch off Windows key which is next to Alt, so no annoying Windows menus in the middle of a fight. Lighted keyboard. Lots of hard drive plenty of RAM.

I'm an avid gamer and usually buy Dell only. We took the chance on this HP Omen and were not disappointed! superb graphics and gameplay. smooth and quiet. Love this laptop and would recommend it to anyone!

I purchase this computer because it was an open box at a great price. Do not be afraid to purchase an open box item. Just make sure that you purchase an extended warranty. So far, I have no complaints.

I bought this for myself back in 2018 and it still is running great. I got it to play video games and the image quality is amazing and power is pretty good too

Why not buy this lap top rather than a fancy looking one. This HP not only does it look great it has awesome sound and its very powerful for gaming and you can do your daily things as well

Pros: Great graphics. Sensitive keyboard for ease of typing. Good performance running programs & games. Cons: Constant pop ups from preinstalled McAfee. Delayed trackpad when using keyboard.

Great design and graphics to boot! I love this laptop. I am able to use in the dark due to the amazing cool looking light up keys. Black and glows red, can't go wrong here.

Love the laptop. The only issue I have is the battery does not hold it charge. Or maybe it does and I expect it to be longer. It has a 2-hour battery life.

I bought this almost 2 years ago and it still works like a champ. No slow downs, great graphics, great sound. Would definitely recommend.
