Nice specs but not impressed

It ran simple games the The Sims 4 just fine but for some reason it had just overall bad performance with everything else. We also had issues with blurry text on certain apps and trouble getting an external monitor to work properly. We ended up returning after about a week for an Asus ROG laptop.
