Mechanically-speaking this thing is a beast but I am less blown away by the exterior materials. I’m not expecting Apple-grade machining here but at this pricepoint we shouldnt be stuck with Fingerprint Magnet™ brand garbage plastic. Youre gonna want to skin this thing or it’ll look like your Aunt Linda’s 11 year-old Dell within a day and a half.

Fantastic Laptop. Only mark against it is no numeric keypad. Super fast and incredibly reliable.

This laptop is a budget priced powerhouse. It will run any game I've played so far as well as one could hope. The only consideration is the same one all laptops have, you will want to get something to help it stay cool.

Great Laptop. I use it for photography/video editing. Also some music production. I love the built in gaming hub that allows me to manually adjust fan speeds and clear cache files easily. A great prosumer level laptop!

Great purchase for a college student. Full gaming capability while remaining portable and reliable. Have had it for several months now and enjoying it to its highest potential, traveling between dorm and home with it and no issues.

This is a good piece of equipment. I originally got it to use adobe and further my podcast and photography career, but have recently gotten into playing some games on it. It does tend to get hot fast but other than that it’s amazing.

Im fairly new to PCs, so to me this has to be the best purchase ive made, im so happy with this. Ill definitely be buying another HP when the time comes.

im not happy with the purchase. I bought it for my son he likes to play games on it he takes care of the laptop. the laptop is always on his desk and he rarely put the screen down because when he put up the screen it doesn't open softly and last week a screw fell from the screen and we can see the glue. the construction is very cheap i paid $1000 and the screen is coming off. 2 years back i bought a $300 worth of laptop and screen and everything is still intact. i wont recommend this product to anyone poor construction looks like they used cheap material in manufacturing this laptop. and the price is very high i will attach the pictures you can see what happened with the $1000 worth of laptop. i will be contacting hp soon regarding this matter i wasnt expecting $1000 thing breaking up like this.
