Bought this computer on Black Friday. Unboxed it a day later and within three days of minimal use the keyboard completely stopped working. Now I have to send my laptop in to HP to possibly get the keyboard fixed or they have to send me a brand new computer. Be weary, when purchasing this laptop.

Horrible Laptop. It can't even run games even though its called a gaming laptop. It has a huge lag delay even though my wifi is in good condition. Can't run league of legends or roblox and gets like 1000 pings and HP can't firgue out the reason for it and tends me to pay additional money in order to get this fix which is a waste of my money and time. I really regret buying this and hoped I wish I haven't bought this since it wasted so much of time and had so much hope for an HP Gaming Laptop........ Please tell me what I can do or anything! This laptop has no good instructions on how to increase performance for games or even play games at all

Your English is quite clear, but there are a few minor corrections to improve it: - "equipament" should be "equipment". - "Battery" doesn't need to be capitalized unless it's the start of a sentence. - "leave on USA" should be "live in the USA". Revised sentence: I bought this equipment last month, and I just realized yesterday that the battery is not being recognized. If you do not live in the USA, be aware that local HP support may not accept to help because of the acquisition in the USA.

I'm quite disappointed with this laptop. The graphics are not anything special and, mostly, I'm having issues with it after just a couple of months. I use it to teach English as a Second Language online and there is a delay in that causes my voice and mouth movements to not line up. This is horrible for my work and HP hasn't been able to fix it. Now I need to get another laptop and I just wasted a ton of money.

I regret the day I purchased this computer. This computer stopped charging while running (1) year after I purchased it.

Very fast. Alot of memory for what i need. Price was right

4 months after purchase the screen went black, probably toasted. Bestbuy? No one to talk to, they say it’s not their problem. - my best advice - never buy at Best Buy. Go directly to the manufacturer- at least you will have someone to talk to when it breaks. Stay away!!!

The HP Omen would have been a great purchase, except that it lacked a touchscreen and a backlit keyboard. I ended up exchanging it for a different laptop.
