Lot a problem with charging, I think problem is in the adaptor,

I bought this laptop and then returned it a day later. It had major wifi issues. I followed customer service advice, applied fixes I read about on internet and even re-installed windows. Still nothing. Download rate was never more than 10 mbps. I also had internet connectivity issues with it. Other devices worked fine on our FIOS wifi, so it wasnt an issue on that end. I ultimately returned it for a refund. I have been purchasing HP products for 15 years and this is the first time Ive had an issue with them. Best Buy customer service was terrific, and made a crappy situation less crappy. However, extremely disappointed and question whether I go with HP ever again.

Its a good laptop however the wifi card sucks. It keeps disconnecting and sometimes the computer doesn’t even read the wofi card.

Had this less than 2 years and motherboard went bad! Be sure to get extended warranty if you buy this product.

Bought brand new did all updates.requiring call of duty requirements and would not work to save time

My son says the camera doesn’t work and that the mouse pad (track pad?) is sticky. Can he return/exchange it or take it to Geek Squad?

Bought this for my daughter and had it not even 2 weeks and the screen broke.

Random freezes when alt tabbing. Avoid it even on sale if you know whats good for you

Opened the box and it wouldn’t power on at all. It indicated it had power, but screen, fans, keyboard… nothing else would happen. Even after tech support ran through all the troubleshooting, nothing at all happened. Returned it within an hour of receiving it.

My bf bought this HP Omen and he hasn't had internet speed above like 8 MBPS most days, and our internet is 300 MBPS. My Lenovo Legion gets much better speeds than this Omen, and I'm further from the router than his Omen is. Even Google's website takes forever to load. Save your money and get something that is more known for gaming.

UPS did not deliver to pick up point, and order was returned without an opportunity to sign for it

Pretty difficult to use. Didn't realize laptop was not touchscreen. Went back to using my old IPad.

Laptop wouldn’t open any browser. Geeksquad connected to my laptop using some remote software and couldn’t fix issue.

Great deal for the performance. Had gotten a good price on the i7 13th gen Omen but returned it because it was just more than I could afford. For over 400 less this AMD build is a pretty good deal. Overall the aesthetics of the Omen are nice and the specs are pretty darn good for someone who isn't a hardcore gamer but still wants a dedicated GPU and solid performance for games and rendering. Nice feeling to the machine and the keyboard. Can add more after using for a time.

Solid performance, looks professional for a gaming laptop

I got this for game development projects and it handles Maya, Unreal Engine 5, and Adobe Creative Cloud programs very well. I’ve had it for a month so far and haven’t noticed any frame drops.

I will say that this laptop isn’t cheap. It was $1,200 when i bought it in store in Timonium Maryland but also, not being approved for credit for it was bad. Otherwise, I have no issues with the laptop at all. I have had no hiccups or lag or anything. Will try Fortnite on it and see what happens. Tried Toontown Corporate Clash and it SMASHED IT! super fast and runs so good! My favorite part of the laptop: - RGB keyboard - large screen. I have bother near/far sight issues so this screen is more than enough big for me.

Very good computer for gaming and office work, would highly recommend and the specs are more than good to handle any loads you give it. Ive been enjoying Cyberpunk on max settings with ray tracing on Ultra+!

The display is clear, it runs fast and well, and it is pretty thin for a gaming laptop, making it very convenient to travel with.
