Just randomly turned off while playing Minecraft, now it's a paperweight, and Best Buy doesn't do anything to make it right.

He's had it 3 weeks and already has streaks running thru his screen. He is very careful with his devices and he has not damaged it in any way. It is definitely a manufacturer's defect. I didn't take out the extended warranty at the time of purchase because we weren't sure which one to choose and we knew it could be added within a couple of months of purchase. Now we won't be able to since it already has issues. Praying it's covered under a manufacturer's warranty as it's a defect.

Do not buy if you want portability

I thought maybe got a defective one so i exchanged it but same issue it drop more that 1% every minute is like watching a count down and it takes about 3 hours to get to 100%.
