Great price for what you get. Performance is great, case is a perfect size. Only downfall is lack of HDD ports, couldnt use my previous and had to download all things seperately. Definitely suggest, just be prepared for a fresh empty PC if you’re upgrading or use cloud services.

I am overall very happy with this computer. It does everything I want very well. It's fast, quiet, looks great and fulfills my every expectation... except... The product's specifications say it has 4 RAM slots with 2 sticks of RAM installed. It only has 2 slots, not 4. I am very disappointed in the false advertisement. I would give this computer 5 stars everyday if the specs weren't so very misleading. I know bestybuy.com won't see this, or care even if they do, but I am posting this so my fellow consumers know that this is a great PC but it does not have the extra 2 slots that the website says it does.

Great all-rounder first gaming PC. Runs just about everything at high end settings and easy to upgrade if you want to add stuff later. Would recommend getting it if theres a sale over building your own if its your first PC since you'll have a warranty and tech support from Best buy if you run into issues. Most newer AAA games can run 60fps on high settings around 50-60C. Older games with easily push 120fps+ on max settings with out much temperature change.

My main program is Microsoft Flight 2021. I have the graphics on Flight turned up all the way to Ultra! Absolutely no lag, glitches or any other problems with the graphics. Perfect photo realistic scenery just like Microsoft had advertised. Great on everything else we use this computer for. The only 2 things I did as soon as I brought it home was, I upgraded the ram from HyperX 16gb to HyperX 32gb and added a 1TB SS Drive. Great for the price!!

First Gamer CPU for son, really happy with it, super fast, no lag, great video, no complaints. It is quiet, does everything he throws at it with no issues. Glad he is happy with it!

Excellent computer. My son plays the steam games with the high graphics (like The Isle and Day of Dragons) and this computer runs perfectly with no lag at all and smooth FPS. He is so impressed. I did upgrade the RAM another 32GB. No problems so far.

Great price mid-range pc works well no issues. Only thing that was annoying is that you cant turn off the rgb inside of the pc. This pc is very good for gaming averaging around 200 fps for fps games.

Absolutely love this gaming pc! It runs every game great and smoothly. I upgraded to this pc from a 1660 super and have had zero issues or ran into no walls when trying to run any game at any level of graphics. I highly recommend this product and let me advise you to go ahead a spend a little more money for a better pc such as this one instead of having to upgrade down the road. Overall 10/10 purchase.

Boots up quickly, looks nice, easy to open, very fast, good graphics card. Never overheats. Runs red dead redemption, rainbow six siege, gta 5, and more on ultra graphics settings with ease.

Just got it. (June ‘22) love everything but definitely need to upgrade the keyboard and mouse. HP sent terrible keyboard and mouse with the setup. Computer is insanely great for people first getting into PCs.

A gaming computer for my daughter. She loves it. Runs all her games with no issues and is super quiet. Worth the price and looks beautiful.

This computer is my first desktop I owned and has been nothing but amazing. Gaming experience is great and the interface is very simple and easy to work around. All internals are strong and the cooling is great. I can run practically any game on this desktop.

Worth it for the price! I've had this desktop for almost 2 years and it is still holding up! It is fast enough to play high resolution games without lag and, of course, complete school work as well! In addition, it also has really cool lights!
