moderately expensive pc has enough power to run all my games with really nice graphics i recommend this pc to anyone that wants a nice pc and doesn't want to build it themselves.

This is a good gaming PC. Bought it for my teenage son, and then when he opened it, no disc drive. How can you play games on a gaming computer with nowhere to put a disc? So we ran back to Best buy and bought an external drive and all is well.

I’m just getting back into gaming after 5 yrs and this computer has everything to get back into it! Super fast SSHD for quick start up and great graphics card. Very happy with this build.

Desktop was purchased as a Christmas gift for my 15 year old grandson. I can't tell you enough how much he loves it!

Bought this over a year ago and left in box until the previous computer was diagnosed with a failing graphic port on the motherboard. Seems to be working well, but I don't game. I got for graphics quality and speed with video.

This was a Christmas gift for my grandson. He had been wanting this for quite a while & was truly surprised & happy to receive. Easy to set up & get running. He's thrilled with it.

I've owned this for 2months and half it is amazing my son loves it he plays fortnite in it and it displays amazing resolution it runs fast on speed he's totally amazed with it

My children use it for gaming and graphic design. They like it and it was an easy setup for me. It is expensive (even with the sale price), but overall I’m satisfied with my purchase.

This computer works quite fast in comparison to my 2009 Windows 9 machine by HP. Being able to adjust the color in the clear wall is fun. i have owned this machine since July 2019.

Package - HP - OMEN Gaming - Intel Core i7-9700 - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti - 1TB Hard Drive + 256GB SSD - Shadow Black and 25x 24.5" LED FHD Monitor - Gray/Green I would have given both of these 5 starts except that the PC Tower does NOT come with a CD drive. The Monitor does NOT come with speakers and the two green light strips on the bottom corners do NOT light up like shown on the photos. Therefore both products force the buyer to also buy a headset or speakers or both. Sales people won't tell you this either and I read nothing about it on the information provided on the website, in the store or on the boxes. Luckily I already had a headset but am very disappointed it has no external speakers and no CD drive. It really should have BOTH. Otherwise it's an awesome system.

The Omen has ample storage space and is very quick to load even with multiple programs running large files. We use the machine for video editing and have had zero issues.

In store pick up was seamless to start with. Easy set up, and performs well for out of the box. Looking forward to a couple of easy upgrades to get the most out of it

This computer is well built and fast; it is exactly what I needed to get to video editing quickly. My one complaint is needed more slots for cards in the back.

I consider this computer a gamers’ dream with its 256GB solid state hard drive. It also has a 1 TB hard drive which makes it so much more than just for gaming. Great for mainstream/competitive gamers. This has a 9th Generation Intel Core i7 processor for fast processing and 16GB of RAM for tons of multitasking. The GeForce GTX 1660 graphics card with 6 Gig dedicated memory is awesome. I looked at a UHD video and could not believe the details and colors. It comes with a basic standard wired keyboard and mouse. This computer has a good solid case, with metal and plastic panels making it a sturdy case and comes in a sleek all black look. It has a full-view tempered-glass side panel with RGB lighting inside making it really cool to look at. You can even set a color of your choice or for a cool effect have it change colors that are showing through the left side of the tempered-glass displaying the inside of your computer. If you are OCD like me, be sure to have the front Omen insignia light match the color you chose for inside the computer. It looks great. The front panel has 2 USB ports, a headset jack and microphone jack and power button. The back has 4 USB Type-A 3.0 ports, 1 USB Type-A 3.1 port, a USB Type-C 3.1 port, an Ethernet jack, a line-in and line-out audio jack, as well as another microphone jack. Also on the back are 2 HDMI ports and DVI-D. The glass panel can easily be removed without tools, simply by pushing a big button on the rear of the tower opening from the top. Overview: I like that this computer comes with a 256 GB Solid State Drive and a 1TB SATA hard drive because you can keep tons of music, videos, pictures and other things on the 1 TB drive and the Solid State Drive assures you of fast start up and gaming experience. The reason I chose this computer is because it is upgradable which also makes it well worth the price. Being upgradable is nice because as you get better and more knowledgeable about gaming computers you are definitely going to want to upgrade.

Whoo, completely forgot to review this. I love this computer, and I didn’t truly appreciate it until I finally got a monitor (one year later). Up until then, I used it exclusively for video games & used my tv as a monitor. I now use it for video editing and graphic design. For gamers out there: I’ve run Skyrim Special Edition heavily modded + enhancements to the game’s textures, Fallout 4 heavily modded + enhanced, Sims 4, Dragon Age Inquisition, Mass Effect Andromeda, and Dead By Daylight on max visual / texture settings with zero issue.

Purchased this machine with an open box, and I'm really happy with the results. Great speed and capabilities. Like the translucent side panel. Pleased.

TLDR: HP has assembled another great hardware choice, in a great case! It needs a minor tweak or two to become the true beast it could be, but you can't beat an affordable, powerful, great looking PC. SPECS SUMMARY Intel i7-9700 (8 Cores/8 Threads), 16GB RAM *single stick, NVIDIA GTX 1660 TI, 256GB SSD/1TB HDD FIRST IMPRESSIONS Unboxing was extremely pleasant. The case was nicely supported, but it was an easy, no frills opening experience. You pulled the PC right out, pulled off the protective foam cover, and laid your eyes on the beauty before you. The case is very sleek, and almost minimalist until you turn it on and the LED lighting comes to life. The tempered glass looks amazing, and I love how easy the case is to open up and get inside the case. The included keyboard and mouse were even pretty nice quality for an OEM PC in a box. POWERING ON The PC powered on swiftly and quietly. I was surprised at how limited the bloatware was on this machine. The first thing I usually do is wipe the drive with a fresh clean install of Windows. This PC has the bare essentials to get you right up and going. After getting logged in, I launched the Omen software and explored the options to adjust the lighting in the case. There are 2 zones, the inside color, and the Omen logo color on the front. You can adjust to a solid color, choose some different lighting effects, or turn them off completely. PERFORMANCE If you're looking for a quick and snappy, powerful, reliable, every day power user computer, this unit won't let you down. With a 8-Core CPU, 16GB of Ram, and a SSD backing it all, you'll be booting, launching programs, and downloading effortlessly. Gaming wise, this handled every game I threw at it with one exception, the minor cooling design. Every game I played, I maxed out settings, and the system performed flawlessly. I ran at Full HD 1080P without struggle, never getting choppy or any frame tears. The one thing that was not to my liking, is just how hot the PC can get doing that. I didn't experience any issues with the heat, but with the levels I was seeing, if this is going to be your continuous gaming rig, you'll want to invest in upgrading airflow for the case and CPU, or switching to a AIO Liquid cooler. The CPU generates quite a bit of heat when it's in game, and keeping it cool will definitely extend the life and keep your company happy for many games to come. QUIRKS Something to note for future upgrade paths, if you ever want to upgrade to a more powerful motherboard, CPU, or GPU, the lack of cooling throughput will be a serious bottleneck in this case. The case looks great, and will run absolutely fine for most people, but if you're one of the few that really knows how to tax your system, you'll find a cooling upgrade is necessary. OVERALL If you're looking for a performance PC in this price range, you can't go wrong. You'll be hard pressed to build a comparable PC spec wise for the same money. The powerful CPU, GPU, RAM, and SSD will leave others in the dust as you load programs, games, and web pages faster than the competition. HP has continued knocking this out of the park with the Omen series.
