I am just getting use to the new laptop. So far it boots up fast, a d the touch screen is great. Keys respond well to touch. This was important to me as my old computer's keys never responded correctly to my touch. When I get more familiar with the laptop I will be able to give a better review.

It is easy to navigate and very smooth on the keys. The volume is not high enough to watch my Tubi Movies. Overall, I am happy to have a new laptop. I know how to charge it up without keeping it charging all the time. Nice!

This laptop is pretty solid for my needs. Would've given a five if the keys were backlit.

First, I write this at the email request of Best Buy. I purchased this computer on a Sunday and had to return it on the follow Friday as the screen pixelated and was unusable. I am realistic to know that things happen in electronics and computers, so I take this with a grain of salt. The week I had this computer it worked well and was efficient for my general use. It had the needed ports and accommodated my administrative, business and personal needs. Generally HP's are good to work with. I do have to admit that this purchase was to replace a computer that would not come on just short of a year after purchase. After going through the tech bot and a live body at HP support, it was decided that they would have to look at it hands on and send the packaging to mail it to them. I then purchased this computer. I was sorry to have to return it for an exchange, but Best Buy was awesome in this process. I did purchase a comparable item which is also an HP.

So very happy with my new awesome computer and the service I recieved from Best Buy. Everything was just great. I would recommend Best Buy to anyone.

I like the laptop, I like the staff in the store, but because the 800-number service is so horrific and frustrating. I would never ever buy another computer from Best Buy. Plus the geek squad in store is so understaffed that you will wait and wait and wait.

I got this laptop for gaming mostly Minecraft and Roblox, it’s runs these games really well, Along with other games too. I would definitely recommend getting this product- 16 gb of ram and 256 gb of storage for under 800 is a good deal!
