    We bought this laptop for my daughter to use at school. She love the huge screen and she says its speed is very fast,also the battery last a very long time.

    I was advised by sales rep at best buy to purchase this laptop based on what I told him my needs and budget was. I am older and not very techy - But this laptop was very easy to set up and get going to do what I needed. I am very please with my purchase and have now used this laptop for over a month.

    I like the laptop, I like the staff in the store, but because the 800-number service is so horrific and frustrating. I would never ever buy another computer from Best Buy. Plus the geek squad in store is so understaffed that you will wait and wait and wait.

    I am just getting use to the new laptop. So far it boots up fast, a d the touch screen is great. Keys respond well to touch. This was important to me as my old computer's keys never responded correctly to my touch. When I get more familiar with the laptop I will be able to give a better review.

    It is easy to navigate and very smooth on the keys. The volume is not high enough to watch my Tubi Movies. Overall, I am happy to have a new laptop. I know how to charge it up without keeping it charging all the time. Nice!
