First, I write this at the email request of Best Buy. I purchased this computer on a Sunday and had to return it on the follow Friday as the screen pixelated and was unusable. I am realistic to know that things happen in electronics and computers, so I take this with a grain of salt. The week I had this computer it worked well and was efficient for my general use. It had the needed ports and accommodated my administrative, business and personal needs. Generally HP's are good to work with. I do have to admit that this purchase was to replace a computer that would not come on just short of a year after purchase. After going through the tech bot and a live body at HP support, it was decided that they would have to look at it hands on and send the packaging to mail it to them. I then purchased this computer. I was sorry to have to return it for an exchange, but Best Buy was awesome in this process. I did purchase a comparable item which is also an HP.

So far, so good. I still need some support help with some features.

I use this laptop at home for all online stuff. I like the performance and portability. So far I am satisfied .

It is thin and light weight and has a good touch screen. It works really well for my college classes

Omnibook 3 is a great computer for the price. It's very lightweight so easy to bring along.

I got this laptop for gaming mostly Minecraft and Roblox, it’s runs these games really well, Along with other games too. I would definitely recommend getting this product- 16 gb of ram and 256 gb of storage for under 800 is a good deal!

I got this laptop to replace the hp I had, it is a great laptop the processingand speed is faster, i just wish the volume was louder, i have to connect a speaker to enjoy a movie.
