    Laptop finally working ok after two trips to store with very nice techs Not Verona’s ged transferd Main concern is tge keyboard is not legible as very light color Now being told I will face to purchase a skin keyboard onto improve visibility Staff very nice and most issues were with the bed Wj dows 11 app

    This is a budget laptop that unfortunately was not up to my needs. It has a plastic shell and no light up keyboard which were also issues. It has an outdated processor and runs basic programs quite slowly. Unless its on sale I would not recommend.

    I was in a rush to replace a failing desktop and did not notice that this computer had Windows 11 Home Edition, ALL Windows machines were Home and not a single Pro which is what I wanted. I found another HP from Amazon with a Lifetime Office License for I think 40 bucks more with Win 11 Pro

    It's hardly functional for more than clicking. HP cheaps out big time on keyboard matrices. Look for Lenovo.
