The sales associate in the store steered me toward this product as a replacement for one that I had purchased just the week prior. Both were HP and this one was comparable but had an arguably better processor. It is a solid computer for my basic usage, and I hope that it will hold up. The HP I purchased a year ago would not start and after going through HP Support they advised I needed to send it in for evaluation. I like HP products as they are generally user friendly and intuitive. I also understand that things happen with electronics and computers and while I am overall satisfied with the computers when they work, it was a bit concerning that in one year I am on my third computer from HP. Still, this computer has the needed and desired ports, a really good built in camera, and decent sound. I would recommend this product and other HP products.

Like the ease of use and the expanded keyboard. Like the size of the laptop - not too much heavier than my smaller one.

Bought this for my sons who needed an updated laptop from the previous one they had. This is fast works well and does a great job.

The hp omni book 3 laptop is slim and easy to travel with. The screen is a good size. The functions are easily to use. At this time, I don’t have any dislikes. I use it in my business and organization to check email, update excel reports, print legal documents, scan paperwork, and etc.

Good for the price point. Definitely feels cheap compared to my other pro computer with a different operating system. Had to buy a windows computer for specific software Im using. W Feels a little cheap with all the plastic. Wish it had lighted keyboard. The number pad is nice but throws off my hand position when typing Handles my windows specific software ok. Has bogged down one time where I had to restart. It is very light and like that. Speakers not great. Screen is nice size. I would say a good machine at the price point, especially on sale.

This laptop is fast and efficient for office related tasks. I was surprised how user friendly everything was, including installation. It is very simple for non-tech people, keyboard is user friendly, memory and SSD are plenty for most people.

It fits my requirements beautifully. The Geek Squad tech who helped me set it up was wonderful- professional yet very responsive to my requests. This is why Best Buy is my go to for all technology needs.

Easy setup. Transferred my accounts from old laptop to new laptop very easily. Great laptop for playing hidden object games. Lightweight and easy to maneuver. Very happy with this product, but HP has always been great and easy to use. Will never use anything else.

My father only changes his laptop once in 10 years approximately. He says this is the best for the price and it's lightweight for the size, easy to work with and carry around.

After purchasing I realized I'd rather have a 15" although it's so hard to find a HP with all the same features as this model especially the backlit keyboard.

My old laptop compared to this was a heavy clunker. I don't need a super high powered laptop, and this has much more than I'll ever use, but it's sturdy and should last me a long time!

High quality for a reasonable cost. Colors are vibrant, display is clear, speed is great. I'm very pleased with the laptop.

Just a few issues but nothing that the Geek Squad couldn't handle. We love the laptop and the price was terrific.
