    Scared me when I first turned it on and nothing happened. Geek Squad couldn't help, let me know I had x number of days to return. When I unplugged it from the power cord and directly into the wall, it turned on. It still sometimes restarts for reasons I don't understand. Overall I am satisfied.

    The laptop was easy to set up and start running. The sound is good. It would have been nice to have a "Numlock On" light. And a backlit keyboard would be nice, but you can't have it all. The one bad thing is the battery life.
