Great fast lightweight laptop computer. It’s everything it’s said to be and then some. Highly recommend this laptop.

I was looking for a laptop that wouldn't break the bank, and I found this one at Best Buy for a pretty good price. The setup was easy, and the performance is smooth. It feels like a bargain considering the overall quality. I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a "bang for your buck" laptop.

A good, low cost laptop with plenty of storage and good speed. Lack of memory card slot requires use of a USB adapter which is a little inconvenient.

Great laptop! Good keyboard decent enough screen and good performance for browsing and light work. I do believe it can do some light gaming as well but I wanted the thermal paste to last as long as possible so I try not to do so. I also wish the screen went a little brighter but still overall a good laptop.

I especially love the touchscreen, and I doubled my memory with this purchase. The clerk helping me make my decision was patient and knowledgeable. My daughter and I started shopping with Best Buy approximately 15 years ago and have never been sorry. I am truly happy.

At 62 years old I really wanted a a MacBook. But life dictated that I get something I’m more familiar with. It works well for everyday computing needs. Not a powerhouse but general use. Nice large display. Light plastic case. Keyboard has the numeric keypad on the right which I prefer over using the number keys across the top. I don’t understand why they provide a usb-c charger and also include a separate barrel type power port. The laptop only has 1 usb-c port and charging will use that port with the included power adapter.

Super lightweight, slim and battery lifes is surprisingly long.

My early impression is positive. The processor is fast and can handle multiple open applications. So far I am pleased with this HP laptop.
