Most of them have been HP. THIS one is nuts in so many ways that it is a struggle to use it. I taught 30 students a class in our writing lab when only 1 or 2 had computers at home. That was a breeze compared to battling the software in this model. But you probably know that by now. AI and companion are horrible innovations.

Computer choices good / Salespeople not good

To be blunt - one condescending and dismissive, if not outright rude salesman with the worst breath I have smelled in years to a rep at another store with his pants zipper all the way down. Lack of knowledge was at all 3 locations. I returned two laptops and finally ended up with one I am happy with.
