Computer choices good / Salespeople not good

To be blunt - one condescending and dismissive, if not outright rude salesman with the worst breath I have smelled in years to a rep at another store with his pants zipper all the way down. Lack of knowledge was at all 3 locations. I returned two laptops and finally ended up with one I am happy with.
