This laptop is what I wanted and more! Screen clarity is the best, battery life is awesome, and it’s lightweight.

Nice machine, wish it had a larger keyboard and smaller touchpad. Will likely have to add a hub if you want to use HDMI or use with external mouse and keyboard. Screen is really clear and crisp.

Great laptop. Way faster than my old one.super fast charging.

The omnibook is great, but my main rating is for the Geek Squad team that came out to my home (Joshua and Israel) who helped me transfer all of my files over and setup of email and my printer. They are wonderful and a great representative to Best Buy. Thank you guys.

We bought this lap top after our other home laptop broke. A member of the Geek Squad helped us choose what laptop would work best for our needs. This Hp is perfect for the average daily use for mail, writing documents, viewing apps and has the right amount of memory for all of our photos. It is fast and lightweight. The battery life is long too.

Good value. Biggest con is that it doesn't have a back light in the keyboard. I also don't like that the keyboard doesn't go closer to the edge of the unit. Overall, works well!

I have had HP laptops and desktops this laptop is fast. Processes large documents quickly. I like how fast it is to start up. The different ways i can log the computer on. It is like a phone face recognition or pin number. The set up was easy. The screan is bright easy to see. I like that the charging is c port instead of a pin. I can use a c display port to have an external monitor added. Really nice laptop.34 hour battery life is impressive.
