    I bought this laptop and pretty much only use it for web browsing, Google, and other basic tasks. This laptop claims to have 8gb of ram, but almost all of that is not usable. At any given point the laptop is using 4 to 5gb without a single application open. Task manager doesn't indicate anything using memory, yet the performance reading is pretty maxed out. And if you have more than a few tabs open in Chrome or Firefox pages will be super slow to load or not load at all. Right now I have discord open and this review and I'm at 6.6 out of 7.7 (86%). Unreal. I disabled onedrive, uninstalled copilot, uninstalled some HP bloat, and more. This is the worst laptop I've ever owned and really wish I could return this paperweight for something that can perform minimal tasks. Worse, is the ram cannot be upgraded
