The item was shipped to me and when it arrived the keyboard was broken. I took it into best buy that day and they exchanged it in less than 15 minutes. Everyone was so nice and understanding and the laptop itself works beautifully! Thankyou!

Not happy overall but a solid computer. Had some issues with the usb-c port so had to return computer. Battery did last forever compared to my other laptops I give that a 5 stars.

The HP OmniBook 5 Flip has been an outstanding laptop for both productivity and entertainment. The 2K touch-screen display is crisp and vibrant, making multitasking and streaming a pleasure. Speed is excellent—apps launch quickly, and the Intel Core 7 with 16GB memory handles heavy workloads without slowing down. Battery life has been impressive, lasting through long study sessions and workdays without needing constant charging. The 2-in-1 flip design adds versatility, letting me switch easily between laptop and tablet mode. Overall, this device combines performance, portability, and premium design, making it a great investment.

I was looking for a new laptop that ran Windows 11 & initially purchased a refurbished Lenovo laptop for $549 but upon further research found this for the exact same price brand new during the Techtober sale. Love this laptop so much. Really only need it for work - Zoom meetings, word/excel programs, slack, Microsoft Teams, some light work on Canva/Photoshop, etc & it handles everything seamlessly. Easy to set up at first & really customizable for what you want. The 14 inch size is perfect & even though I don’t expect to fold it or tent it I like that I have the option to do so. Touchscreen is very responsive too. Enough storage for the basics & love that it has a privacy slide to cover the camera. Battery life is also excellent & very lightweight & portable. Video & sound is crisp & doesn’t lag.
The only downside is Windows 11 itself but I really don’t have anything bad to say about the laptop itself.

Amazing product! Definitely recommend this laptop! Super light weight, sleek, and runs amazingly! Perfect for school, work, or personal. Long lasting battery life and no glitches at all! And I love that it can flip into a tablet really cool bonus!

I’ve been using this laptop for a few weeks, and I really like it overall. The design looks premium, and the Glacier Silver color makes it feel elegant. The 2-in-1 flip feature is super useful — I can use it like a normal laptop for work or flip it into tablet mode for watching videos or taking notes.
The 2K touch screen is very sharp and bright. It’s great for movies, presentations, and online classes. The keyboard feels smooth to type on, and the battery life easily lasts a full day for normal use. It also runs quietly and doesn’t get too hot.
The performance is fast for daily work — browsing, Office, light design work, and multitasking. The Intel Core 7 processor, 16 GB RAM, and 512 GB SSD make everything run smooth most of the time.
However, I did notice that when I use mechanical engineering software (like CAD or simulation tools), it becomes a little slow. It’s fine for light modeling, but not for very heavy simulations or big projects.
Overall, this laptop is great for students and professionals who want a stylish, fast, and flexible machine for everyday tasks. It’s not a full workstation, but it gives excellent value for money and looks amazing doing it.

I’ve been using the HP OmniBook 5 Flip for a few weeks now, and it has exceeded my expectations! As someone who needs a laptop for both productivity and entertainment, the 2-in-1 design is a game changer. The Glacier Silver finish looks incredibly premium and sleek, and it’s lightweight enough to carry around campus or to coffee shops without weighing down my bag.
The performance is snappy thanks to the Intel Core 7 Series 1 processor and 16GB of RAM. I can have multiple tabs open for research while streaming music, and it never stutters. The 14" 2K touch screen is stunning—colors are vibrant and text is crisp, which makes editing photos and watching movies a joy. The 512GB SSD is plenty of space for all my files, and the boot-up time is lightning fast.
My favorite feature has to be the 360-degree hinge. Switching from typing up a report in laptop mode to flipping it over to watch Netflix in tent mode is seamless. If you’re on the fence about getting a 2-in-1, this is the one to get. Highly recommend!
