    The 3 stars are for the look, keyboard and long battery life. I deducted for the touchpad because it doesn't work properly. For example, I'll click multiple times for the click to register, the right click menu keeps appearing even though it has been disabled in settings, etc. I checked online and this seems to be a common issue possibly related to the assembly of the laptop and the ribbon underneath the touchpad which needs to be secured. I'm not interested in spending more time to fix this issue and will return the laptop.
