Wrong! She not only had it set up and running but also loaded the applications that she had been using on her old laptop. Next stop will be to take the old laptop to Best Buy for recycling.

Due to the limited number of ports, I had to buy additional accessories, which defeats the purpose of portability. Carrying so many extra items makes it inconvenient to use.

I'm usually not an HP person, but this laptop changed my mind. The only thing I wish for is that it were a little more powerful. But it's good enough for editing 4K videos, and that's the most CPU-intense task I use it for.
