The laptop itself was very nice, I really liked the design and the hardware itself. The keyboard was also very comfortable to type on. I ended up returning it only because the processor was not the one I wanted--the laptop seemed to struggle with the heavy workload and multitasking I needed it for. I think I had too many programs running simultaneously for the performance to stay the same. I bought it on sale and it was definitely worth it for the price

This is a great laptop at a pretty good price. It's fast & has everything I need for my small business. I haven't used it off the battery yet, so don't know about the battery life.

The HP OmniBook handles everyday tasks well with smooth performance and a clean design. The screen is decent, the keyboard’s comfortable, and it’s light enough to carry around. Battery life is average, and the fans can get a bit loud. Not flashy, but dependable.

I thought I would love it, I don’t. 1 hour into trying to set it up and red flags started appearing. Next day I took it back to store, they checked it in and next day it was ready. I thought I signed up for an extended learning session and would learn what I did wrong. 1 hour and 40 min. After my scheduled appointment I was finally seen. Same person who checked in my computer the day before. I gave him paperwork and he disappeared for another 10 min. Then helped another person then handed me papers to sign asked me to take a seat by the check in counter. Continued helping other people and came back and said you didn’t open your lap top up and play with it. I was like as I retold you the situation that brought me here and scheduled for a teaching support session he opened my laptop and asked what I needed to know. He then proceeded to lean over the back of laptop and said well here is the on button very condescending. Told me then what They found on my laptop and it was like 97 viruses. He left again and came back and showed me the Facebook app, that was what shut down everything he opened it up and said is this your name. I said it was but not the right profile. He left again like the 4th time. I just grabbed my stuff and left.

ARM is great, just watch out for hardware software compatibility issues. For example my wacom tablet has no drivers for ARM based laptops.

This laptop has great speed, great processor. It holds up to the quality of its specification. An excellent upgrade.

I've always been an Apple guy, but this HP computer has put me into the future. The Co-Pilot feature is like having a very smart assistant. It has a conversation with you like a real person. AI at its best! The picture is rich with great color and detail.

It’s stylish laptop . But not for gaming. It’s good with battery life , weight and co-piolt will make it easy to find answers on internet.

This computer is so much faster than my old computer. I was surprised how easily I could get things setup. Applications are super fast to load.

Love it!! Does what i need and more that u have to learn. Best Buy is a great place to purchase items, this isn't my furst laptop from them. Servisce is great, very helpful all the time.

Best laptop I’ve ever had. Thing is quick and battery life is ridiculously good.

I was in the store today and was bouncing back n forth between a couple different laptops looking at things. This one seemed cool and I asked about it compared to a couple of others to which the employee replied this one would be solid. Well I get it home and it takes forever to come on so i start reading reviews and see people mentioning how a lot of things arent compatible with this laptop since it is an ARM device. A lot of x86 stuff and many devices will not work with it or if you want to use Prism, which is glitched out and slow imho, that can be a work around to the incompatibility issue. No thanks for me though. Never even set it up after it took forever to come on and reading thise reviews. Taking it back for a return in the morning.

The speaker sucks that dont get loud at all. When they are on their loudest setting it sound like its under water. Most games wont play because snapdragon is so new.The audio output is deficient, lacking sufficient volume even at maximum settings; the sound quality is muffled. Compatibility issues exist with many games due to the device's use of the new Snapdragon processor. Other then that everything else is fine

Very crisp screen, audio is good,touch screen works well and over a excellent deal.

It seems to "lose" the mouse every time I close the top, I have tried 3 different ones and I have to restart to find the mouse. I have tried turning off the mouse and leaving it on, sometimes I lose the mouse while working and again have to restart. I took it back to Geek Squad and even bought a new mouse it worked for them and for a few days but back to same issue.
