There is no issues, i love the copilot feature and it runs extremely smooth.

Disappointed customer

Next day I took it back to store, they checked it in and next day it was ready. I thought I signed up for an extended learning session and would learn what I did wrong. 1 hour and 40 min. After my scheduled appointment I was finally seen. Same person who checked in my computer the day before. I gave him paperwork and he disappeared for another 10 min. Then helped another person then handed me papers to sign asked me to take a seat by the check in counter. Continued helping other people and came back and said you didn’t open your lap top up and play with it. I was like as I retold you the situation that brought me here and scheduled for a teaching support session he opened my laptop and asked what I needed to know. He then proceeded to lean over the back of laptop and said well here is the on button very condescending. Told me then what They found on my laptop and it was like 97 viruses. He left again and came back and showed me the Facebook app, that was what shut down everything he opened it up and said is this your name. I said it was but not the right profile. He left again like the 4th time. I just grabbed my stuff and left.

Good laptop, not enough processing power for me

The keyboard was also very comfortable to type on. I ended up returning it only because the processor was not the one I wanted--the laptop seemed to struggle with the heavy workload and multitasking I needed it for. I think I had too many programs running simultaneously for the performance to stay the same. I bought it on sale and it was definitely worth it for the price
