The computer is fine. The Geek Squad service in person and online was horrible. Agent at store for pickup was horrible. Couldn’t get email to work. No help! Left me sitting and didn’t return. Online also terrible. Person couldn’t speak English. Had to go to third party to get email mapped. Geek Squad should be ashamed. Why do I pay an annual fee for support?!

This computer is very easy to use and the setup was quick as well. When I purchased they were having an amazing discount as it was back to school promotion.

Fast! Great prixels! I used primary for nudiness and personal use. Very little streaming. But it is fast! Exactly what I wanted I really like it a lot!

PC seems great but poses the same problem usually encountered when purchasing a newer or latest version of something already owned. I was quite happy with with my (worn out) version and it was time for a new one. I didn’t expect the learning curve I’ve encountered to be so steep. The changes are often subtle. I’m sure in time (my time!) it will prove to be an excellent performer. Patience. Don’t take matters for granted.

Easy to set up, fast, huge screen Awesome, would buy again

I bought this HP laptop for home, and it didn't disappoint. I always buy Dell, but I decided to go with HP after my sister-in-law bragged about her new HP laptop, so I said I'll give it a go, and I'm surely happy with my purchase.

I’ve only had my HP OmniBook X CoPilot+ PC 17.3” for a couple of weeks, and so far, I really love it. The design is sleek, the touch screen is clear and responsive, and it feels like a well-built machine. I haven’t done any heavy work on it yet — just basic web browsing — so I haven’t opened any programs, played games, or downloaded any pictures. The only thing I’ve noticed so far is that the battery seems to drain faster than I expected, even with light use. It’s not a deal-breaker, but something I’ll be keeping an eye on as I use it more. Overall, very happy with the purchase at this point — looking forward to exploring more of what it can do.

The purchase of the HP Omnipad was a great investment. I love the 17” monitor. The graphics are phenomenal. Opening documents, email and other links is seamless. I highly recommend the HP laptop.

Fantastic laptop at a great price. It's been many years since I bought a new laptop. My old one finally got to where I need a new one. I did some shopping around and Best Buy has just what I needed in a new 25 model HP at a price I couldn't pass up.

This is a great laptop with a large screen. It is almost identical to my previous laptop,, so little to learn.

I had had another HP for six years and was very happy with it. So I knew I wanted to stick to HP. I’ve been happy with my new purchase. I’ve gotten a lot of support from the geek squad in learning the differences between my last HP and this HP plus this HP I just bought is on Windows 11 versus my last HP which was on windows 10.

Very nice laptop,I love all the feature. Taking a little to get used to Windows 11. But great overall
