    I liked my old windows 10 HP laptop better than this one. Ease of use was better & I spent in excess of 10 hours of my time & hired an outside firm to utilize my printer. All failed & had to buy a new HP printer (planed?)

    Waiting a month to open this once received due to illness. Well surprise, the keyboard doesn't work. The letter q doesn't work, and our wifi password has a q in it, so I couldn't even start the computer. No registration because that requires internet access. BestBuy said it was too bad, because it was outside their return window. So, if you buy something, don't get sick and not be able to check it out. Now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to deal with an unregistered product. I've been a fateful BestBuy customer for 20 years or more. But when I took the defective machine to the store, they couldn't or wouldn't help. Wanted to charge me to send it back to HP. They sold me a defective product and refused to honor the manufactorers warranty unless I paid. Too bad, they just lost a loyal customer.

    I was in a life long relationship and some other women weaseled her way in making purchases doing obscene things trying to put the blame all on me she is a con artist with convictions and former drug possessions in and out of jail conning people about me pretending to be me and so on. I am warning everybody what is going on here
