It's slow. Sad about the slow speed. Wish it was faster.

The keyboard is terrible. It’s like it feels like the letters get stuck. It’s not very good quality on that part. I would definitely not recommend this. I would stick to Chiclet style keyboard. I tried returning, but didn’t realize that this was sold through a third-party so even though it’s not been 30 days, they won’t allow me to return it even though I want to purchase a different laptop from them that’s Chiclet style so that’s that I guess. Definitely make sure when you’re purchasing from Best Buy that you’re purchasing direct or not from a third-party seller because I didn’t even see that.

Don't like that there is no start key. Everything else is good.

I liked my old windows 10 HP laptop better than this one. Ease of use was better & I spent in excess of 10 hours of my time & hired an outside firm to utilize my printer. All failed & had to buy a new HP printer (planed?)

Waiting a month to open this once received due to illness. Well surprise, the keyboard doesn't work. The letter q doesn't work, and our wifi password has a q in it, so I couldn't even start the computer. No registration because that requires internet access. BestBuy said it was too bad, because it was outside their return window. So, if you buy something, don't get sick and not be able to check it out. Now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to deal with an unregistered product. I've been a fateful BestBuy customer for 20 years or more. But when I took the defective machine to the store, they couldn't or wouldn't help. Wanted to charge me to send it back to HP. They sold me a defective product and refused to honor the manufactorers warranty unless I paid. Too bad, they just lost a loyal customer.

So far so good. Runs a lot cooler than the Dell I had. I'm happy with it.

The machine is fine, but windows 11 is hard to understand.

Very nice still learning the system and functions for this computer.

This was a nice upgrade of laptop, but it has some annoying ai features. The setup by geek squad was less than adequate and customer had to go back for rework.

The computer did not open up well because when I started, it stated it was updating memory for more than 45 minutes

Nice unit however the click pad doesn't operate very smoothly...

Product description is wrong for the display. This is a full HD 1980x1020, not a 2K display. I didn't use the actual hardware and returned it after verifying with the HP website that this model is NOT a 2K display. I'm surprised anyone even makes an base HD display at this price point.

The computer is fine until I downloaded the program that I purchased the computer for.

Did not have all the features I needed. I returned product to store. The employee had assured me it had all the features I had told them I needed. This also turned into a mess.

Keyboard is easy to read. So far, the possibilities seem to be endless. Need instructions in order to take full advantage of this amazing new computer.

Having bluetooth issues. Many times a day, the mouse doesn't respond to movements for 20-30 seconds. Eventually, it works, but this is bad considering how long bluetooth has been a standard. Also dinging BB because this was the choice I made because I needed a laptop that day. I saw several laptops on display I liked more that had to be ordered. My old laptop (purchased from same BB 4 years earlier) had stopped working well. As a 30 year IT pro, I need a laptop when I need it. Not when BB can deliver it.

I am having a more problems adjusting to using the new HP OMNI BOOK than my previous HP Laptop.
