USB selective suspend causes Window explorer to hang and you can't click on the start menu or window bars in applications using the touch pad or an attached mouse. You can still with the screen but the only was to get with mouse it touch pad wiring properly is to hot Ctrl alt del and then restart Windows Explorer. Which only works temporarily.

It's been less than 2 weeks, and it's already freezing. I've done all the updates and installed secure programs, but it doesn't solve the problem. Preparing to reset it and return it... disappointed.

I am not able to review product as issues with passwords and not able to receive text left me locked out. Until I hire someone to come and set up the new products I will use my old equipment and avoid the frustration of dealing with automated systems.

Had to bring the computer back to Geek squad twice for additional updates that weren't done correctly the first time.

Your store sucks bought a 2500 lap top they said any questions call I called for 3 weeks and no one called back do not send me any more emails

This model was too complicated for me and didn’t allow me to install my work software. I returned the computer.

Had to return. A key did not work when I received it.

I don't know why they give discounts, if they are not going to send the product

After successfully setting up the laptop the keys stopped working. I returned the product Unfortunate… because this laptop had the features I wanted.

Excellent computer for the money. Easy set up - and works quickly. Very quiet. I like the backlight on the keyboard, the full size number keypad is essential for me as well. Touch screen is an added bonus, I forget to use it sometimes.

Very well built frame, large is awesome with great resolution. The back-lit screen is very helpful. Keyboard touch is light and crisp. Great speed with all of our tech softwares. Iove it so far.

Purchased for my son for Christmas. He is really happy with it as it does everything he was wanting it to do. He is 18, and on again, off again gamer, and a student. I would definitely recommend this laptop.

I love my new laptop....especially the big screen. Does exactly what I need for home personal use. I haven't really used the touch-screen feature yet, so can't comment about that. I like the fact that it has a separate number pad since I do a lot with spreadsheets. The only negative I have is with the keyboard because it does not have dedicated page-up & page-down buttons. Otherwise, no complaints.
