    The computer is fine. The Geek Squad service in person and online was horrible. Agent at store for pickup was horrible. Couldn’t get email to work. No help! Left me sitting and didn’t return. Online also terrible. Person couldn’t speak English. Had to go to third party to get email mapped. Geek Squad should be ashamed. Why do I pay an annual fee for support?!

    Using this new laptop for about a month and really enjoying all the features. It has a fast startup, battery life is very adequate on a daily basis, and getting used to Windows 11 but it is definitely an upgrade from my 7-year-old HP Pavilion.

    I am loving this computer so far! The initial set up was quick and easy, with no nasty surprises. I have not had any complications or issues with using the computer. It connects to the internet quickly and loads web pages rapidly. The 17.3" screen is amazing!

    HP computer is fast effective and efficient. I should have purchased one whit a little smaller screen. All and all it is fast and I do like co pilot. Not being real tech savvy setup took a little longer than expected, but this is a great machine.

    This laptop boots up so quickly and is ready to use right away. My old laptop always took awhile to get started. The screen is a good size to open two documents at the same time. The keyboard is similar to my old keyboard. I highly recommend this laptop.

    This is a great HP laptop - I'd only say that if you are a heavy chrome user it can stutter on memory. But it's beautiful and the display is crystal clear and quite large for a laptop.

    Laptop itself is ok. Like speed of Intel Ultra 7 versus what I had before (Intel 5). Keyboard is soft touch and takes a while to get used to it. Had to buy new PC with Windows 11 as old laptop was Windows 10. Grateful for initial setup from Best Buy as I cannot go without PC. Do like the screen size (17.3").
