    Bought a laptop from Best Buy. I saw this young salesman Tyler immediately and approached him for help. He was very knowledgeable, answering all my questions and requestioning, not trying to force the sale, but listening and helping me make my own decision. I’m 78 and appreciated him.     The reviews I read steered me right. If there is a downside, it would be the weight. However as one who has replaced several laptops, I appreciate that this is a tough computer and not housed in plastic. Plenty of storage space, and FAST. Love the 17.3" screen size and the LONG battery life. Would recommend.

    Due topersonal circumstances have not been able to fully utilize the new computer. However do have some comments on it. Was very surprise to find that when placed together with my prior one, even thou both claim 1.3", this new one appears slightly smaller in size. I was sort of shocked to see that the Logo looks and is different. Also, this model was made in China rather than the one before from elsewhere.
