    This was a quality laptop but had a problematic zero key which required excess force to operate. Returned it to the seller Best Buy vendor for a smooth refund experience and purchased a similar HP laptop which is fine. Weird fluke.

    Justed Purchased it. But I like everything about it. theres nothing I'd say bad about the product. Now, the first day I was there is when it was on sale. But, The salesman was't treating nice to I left. Came back the next day and a very nice woman helped me out. And even though the computer cost twice as much and the day before, I still purchased it. and from that day on, I shall never regret going to BestBuy because I had such a nice saleswoman helping me out.
