    Nice computer and the in store personnel were very helpful. However the on line geek squad was terrible - refused to help me and sent me to someone else. Why am I paying so much money for crappy help. On line Geek squad was worthless to bad it is not penniless - since it is bey costly and I hardly ever use it.

    can't say much; everything i had on the older model i had them transfered over to the new model. haven't conquered co-pilot yet. having to do by 2-fingers. have toi contact geek occasionally for brushups.

    Replaced a 10 yr old laptop that would not support Windows 11 updates. Performs as expected, but not used daily. Geek squad moved everything over to the new one smoothly, and answered all my questions.

    Geek Squad, Shane was absolutely amazing. He had attention to detail, listened to our needs, and followed through with what he was working on and everything that we needed. His supervisor, Josh, was not very friendly, was rude to his associate, and acted like he was better than everyone else.
