    I bought this so my old eyes would not be so strained. I enlarged the print from 100 to 150 and that helped a lot. Best laptop I ever bought. I highly recommend it.

    I like my new laptop. Sharpness is amzing! I do not care for the blue flower. It is hard on my eyes. I do not like the way the files look either. But this is my personal preferernce

    Service was not good. Employees arguing with each other about what they were hired to do versus answering the customer at the counter. Very inattentive to what we asked about process, who to go to, and how long to get software loaded with updates and transfer of data. We were not complaining about speed of the service, we were concerned when the employees did not want to serve us and/or complain out loud they were not supposed to have to work the Geek squad front counter. Maybe they're over worked or there is not sufficient staff. But effect to customer is very poor. We came to Best Buy to also get the support service. If not or poor support service we could just as easily buy on line.

    Lots of new built in features including Windows 11 which made it con fusing to use at first. Many things work differently and are in different places. Some I still haven't figured out.

    Comparable to my previous HP laptop although this one is slow in downloading my regular sites like the NY Times and the Washington Post. I'm not a fan of 365 or one drive but am getting used to these components. I appreciate the 17+" screen for ease of reading and watching Prime Video programs. Would recommend this model with slight reservations about speed.
