to date I have not had any problems with the performance of the computer--out of the box the set up was straightforward and all the updates loaded as expected. Printer drives and other software I had loaded perfectly. Some minor issues: 1) there seems to be a lot of HP specific software loaded and not sure why the PC store is loaded as I keep getting prompted for purchasing additional software---I was able to install the PC store and I am no longer getting prompted for add ons, 2) inserting peripherals into the USB ports and then trying to remove the device was difficult and not easy---it required a lot of effort to pull out the USB device as if the port wasn't a good fit, 3) when using an HP hub the resolution on the laptop needed to be reset to work with an additional monitor- this caused the size of the screen on the laptop to shrink when I changed the size of the desktop icons, and 4) the memory usage still seems high (>30%), even though the actual number of processes I am running is low. I am still working to optimize my laptop. Overall, I think the laptop is a good value for the price I paid (was on sale at Best Buy) and I expect it to meet my needs for an everyday laptop.

love my HP so far! it has a bigger screen and the number keypad yet still lighter weight and easy to carry! Great price and Quality!

It’s very fast and a great laptop for use with AutoCAD. It’s 32 gigs of RAM and intel (R) core (TM) Ultra 7 258V make using AutoCAD on this machine a delightful experience. NO LAG AT ALL when performing the hatch command even on complex geometry. I can perform things on this laptop that would probably cause my work laptop to crash. It’s woth the price in my opinion.

This laptop is truly a workhorse, it's got 32 gigs of RAM and 2 TB of storage. It boots up fast, and it's handled everything I've thrown at it so far. The speakers are actually okay, not the best, but they definitely get the job done. The very latge screen is just fine as well, as I love the touch screen. I really have no complaints other than it's the heaviest laptop that I've used in many years back when they used to be ridiculously heavy. If you have it plugged in on a table most of the time like we do, it's fine. If you're planning on lugging it everyday all around, you have to take that into consideration. However, in the end, this was one of the few laptops I could find that offered high levels of Ram and storage, as well as a backlit numeric keyboard, a touch screen, and a new processor. We're extremely happy with it.

I'm a writer, so a big screen, lots of memory, able to keep many tabs open at once, backlit keyboard, able to podcast, great processing speed...perfect! I write from home, so I'm not worried about weight, but it's not a lightweight fyi.

This laptop is perfect for my needs. It lots loads of memory and a big screen. Only issue is that the battery life for this while incredibly long, is not going to last 25 hours without a charge as advertised.

Once you get comfortable using Windows 11 with it's new features, it's a very nice PC. Very fast, beautiful display and easy to use. Plenty of RAM (32GB) and 2TB SSD. Extremely happy with this PC. Battery life is amazing. I can use it all day without having to plug it in.

Where do I start... PROs: Performance - Exceptional in terms of speed and transitions from one webpage and/or software to the next. Visuals/Display - Great picture, nice color and pixel quality. Design - Nice large touchscreen that has great accuracy, and love the backlit keyboard with 10-key. Sound - Great quality, clear, good base for laptop. CONs: Performance - After 1 week, seemed to have an internal issue that caused the system to reboot without warning or a valid reason. Seems to have resolved itself, but if it happens again, bringing in for Total Service care/replacement. Design - Keyboard is not like standard keyboard, in that, keys are much bigger and seems to be missing the CTRL key on the right side of keyboard. | The matte exterior hard-shell finish marks up easily, but also wipes away easily.

This laptop was exactly what I was looking for. It has the bigger screen I prefer and I don't carry it around so the added weight isn't an issue for me. This laptop sits on my desk the vast majority of the time that I use it. The speed is good for my daily activities which are basic browsing and data entry. I don't do any gaming or movie watching with it. The picture is clear and crisp. The battery life is much better than previous laptops that I've owned. The keyboard is slightly "squishy" but it doesn't really bother me. All in all, I'm quite pleased.

Always liked Touch Screens and the upgraded RAM was perfect for the work I do. It's lighter and the power cord

I need to complete this review now in order to receive the promotion. But I just received this laptop two weeks after I ordered it and paid for it. Therefore, I haven't even used it yet. I am hopefully I will enjoy the larger screen size, faster speed, and larger memory. This will replace my only computer.

Have only used the computer briefly for a few days but was impressed with user friendly instructions for converting software/apps from previous windows 10 computer. Fast speed, vivid screen image quality, plenty of storage. USB devices drives were a little difficult to remove from ports.

It is a great laptop for the price. Screen size, memory, storage. I use it for heavy development and like the weight, touch screen and ease of use.

This computer runs very well and has plenty of storage space and memory to run analytical programs and do whatever else I would like to do.

Easy to use and like the large font on keyboard - screen is appealing to the eye It is fast moving through the internet screen to screen

This is my personal laptop mostly used for home stuff, spreadsheets and tracking information, letter writing, etc. It's lightweight, the screen is nice, too!

It works well, connects to the web reliably, does spreadsheet calculations smoothly. The screen is easy to read

It was time to replace my 17" HP Envy that I absolutely loved, so I checked out the Omnibook...it was the only affordable option I could find with 2TB drive, 17" screen, and 32RAM minimum I wanted for editing and storing pictures. The Ultra7 processor opens the pictures and functions super quick. I've always had good luck with HP products and would recommend it to everyone!

Very fast lap top, easy to use took no time to set it up, would recommend to my friends.
