I have had this computer only four days and I cannot comment on the battery life, but everything else has been just fine. It boots up fast and has high speed in all respects. The keys are different from other computers I had, but I got used to them quickly.

Best Buy went above and beyond to meet my expectations! When my PC was delivered by a third party to a wrong address, they IMMEDIATELY replaced it at no charge to me. Other businesses would have me jump through hoops. I would definitely recommend purchasing at Best Buy! And the PC us great too!!

Wonderful product. I researched laptop computers for two weeks before purchasing the HP Omnibook X for my wife. We replaced a windows 10 14" touchscreen. She loves it. Using a thumb drive we moved all her document and information to the new computer (very easy and fast). She will never have to worry about disk storage, and the 17" screen makes everything easy for her. I would recommend this to anyone.

i purchased this computer for its speed and storage. Using mainly for videos and pictures. I immediately had problems with the audio play. I went back and forth to geek squad. They helped. Then, a slow download problem occurred. I went back to geek squad. They at first stated - no problem. 2 times going back to them I suggested that I wanted to return this computer and replace it with a new one. They did. I got the new replacement in a day and a half. Went back to geek squad where they downloaded unto the new one the data they removed from the original new one. Got home. Everything worked fine. It was a lot of work to accomplish the final result.

Since i started laptop, HP is my brand to go for, The feature that I started HP was the tablet mode. Never had any issue beside the fact that Window no longer support 10 and my battery starting to bubble.

I love this computer. It has Windows 11 so that is a bit of a learning curve but the Copilot feature was helpful. The transfer of information and settings from my old computer was easy and with the help of an agent from Geek Squad I was able to remove McAfee and install the Internet Security of my choice. Very pleased.

Great fast laptop. So much storage with 2TB. I got this for CAD classes and software but I also do graphic design. I like the number pad too. somewhat heavier compared to to other laptops but made solid and not easily scratched. Great battery life as well!!!

Have had multiple HP products over the past 30 years. Quite happy with this laptop. Would suggest for anyone due to being lightweight and easy to take with you. Great Product.

This HP OmniBook X Copilot is right on time. It's super fast. I love the CoPilot feature. It sure helps whenever I get stuck figuring things out!

My husband had been shopping for a computer for over a year. He finally found one here that was what he wanted for the price he wanted to pay. We added in the Geek Services for a year and they were awesome with his set up.
