    I have had this computer only four days and I cannot comment on the battery life, but everything else has been just fine. It boots up fast and has high speed in all respects. The keys are different from other computers I had, but I got used to them quickly.

    I love this computer. It has Windows 11 so that is a bit of a learning curve but the Copilot feature was helpful. The transfer of information and settings from my old computer was easy and with the help of an agent from Geek Squad I was able to remove McAfee and install the Internet Security of my choice. Very pleased.

    Best Buy went above and beyond to meet my expectations! When my PC was delivered by a third party to a wrong address, they IMMEDIATELY replaced it at no charge to me. Other businesses would have me jump through hoops. I would definitely recommend purchasing at Best Buy! And the PC us great too!!

    Since i started laptop, HP is my brand to go for, The feature that I started HP was the tablet mode. Never had any issue beside the fact that Window no longer support 10 and my battery starting to bubble.

    This thing does everything I ask of it quickly and efficiently, and the screen is very nice. I'm no high-end gamer, so I didn't need the latest and greatest (and most expensive) processor, but the speed of this laptop is impressive anyway. Very happy with this purchase!
