    After my laptop crashed, I was very pleased with the assistance I received from Johnny at the Geek Squad, who verified the crash, and assisted me in finding a replacement, and then in immediately transferring the information from the old hard drive, to assist me in keeping my hearing schedule.

    Thank you to Best Buy for helping me with my purchase of my new laptop. I really like it a lot and love typing on my new keyboard itself. I had to use an external keyboard on my old Lenovo computer because some of the keys were not working. I love working on my new Touch Screen 2 and 1 Copolit 14" screen. It works like a charm!
