It has been many years since I had a laptop that run so smoothly. The colors are beautiful and I do like the keyboard. For now it has been a great decision.

The screen display is excellent, the processor speed is good for home/home office use, and the laptop is versatile. The only thing is that, as with most HP laptops its slightly on the heavy side.

I've had this laptop since November 2025 and it's given me no problems at all. It's very light and processing speed is great. The battery lasts really long, too. I'm very impressed with it, especially considering the price. Well worth it.

About a year later everything still works great touch screen is amazing.

replaced a 10-year-old laptop. lots have changed!! bought this for compact size, larger keys on keyboard and light weight. really do like the larger keys, I am a 1 finger typer not a typer and these larger keys is awesome. graphics are super crisp and clear. Geek squad got me up and rolling

Good little machine. Very fast and built well. Best Buy was very responsive on technical questions and making sure I was getting what I wanted.

This laptop computer is perfect for my needs. The size is great, not too bulky. It has everything I need and has plenty of memory so I can save my work and pics without worrying. The price is good and it is sturdy.

Great new computer, the buttons are big, it's easy to use. the computer knows what I'm looking for quickly, from settings to apps everything is easy. Only issue I had was it didn't come with Windows 11 Pro, I had to bring it back to Geek Squad for them to install it, which took 4 or so days.

Purchased this since it was on sale. Glad I did. Lots of great features and really liked the long battery life. While I'll likely never use the flip feature, it's a nice added touch.

Its a very good laptop with all you needed in affordable cost for your regular usage considering the over all pros of this.

This laptop is slightly smaller than me previous one so it took a little getting use to the smaller keyboard. Everything else is running great. The sales person that helped my said I could use both the laptop cord and a phone cord. This makes charging more convenient so I hope that works out ok

Bought 3 for teachers in our school. Everybody likes it. light weight; flip - you get a tablet touch screen copilot PC 1TB - teachers don't have to worry about downloading large files!!

Very good Laptop for a 14". Very responsive and the LED screen exceptionally bright. Good Battery life as it will perform all day which makes it great for streaming. The price, when I purchased was better than anyone's with the same spec's. Too bad it's still not on sale as I would purchase another an additional unit!

Overall it is very good with some decent limitations. Because the iGPU is an intel it has some software limitations that Intel has been releasing quite a few driver updates to make most games playable on 1080P low to medium settings. This is their top of the line iGPU as well. The problem is that it will reserve up to 8 Gigs of RAM for a system that is already at the minimum anyone should buy anyway. Even when an eGPU is connected to the device, it still reserves 4 Gigs of RAM for the iGPU and that's just poor memory management honestly. The build quality, typing, and screen quality all match the MacBook Air and the efficiency is close enough that it makes this viable as an alternative to the Apple if you want better gaming and x86 compatibility. I returned it due to the reserved 4 Gigs of RAM for the GPU at all times, but you might like it. If you're using it for basic tasks and just need long battery life, you'll likely love it.

I really enjoyed it! overall, it's a really great school laptop and it has amazing specs for the price they have it listed at. Can run base games pretty easy on the ultra 7 processor and handles top engineering work like a boss!
