Bought this personal laptop to replace an old Dell business laptop and very pleased with it. I opted for a permanent Word app ($150) instead of Microsoft Office with Excel, Word and the rest as I can use Office Free if ever needed for non-Word applications. Also don't need Acrobat as a subscription anymore either since I retired from business and just choosing 'save as pdf' works fine. for under $800 total, I'm happy.

Perfect computer for my daughter to do school on. We also bought my husband one for work after seeing how great it is.

Does what it needs. Very light and powerful. My only issues is too many apps or tools installed. Keyboard kind of blocky(must get comfortable with design) and camera take few seconds to recognize during login.

The laptop arrived in perfect condition and had zero technical problems. Fast processing and very responsive touch screen with strong hinges for the flip function. Good for college and gaming.

My daughter was able to set up the computer and get working right away. While the size is good I may choose a bigger screen size for my next purchase in the Fall.

The computer is nice and was easy to set up. The touch screen is hard to use in outdoor humid hot weather, but other than that, it works great. I'm sure I haven't found everything to set up, but as I have issues, the HP website has been quick to respond. The keyboard has a nice feel. Battery life is about 2 hours of full time use which is quite q bit less that stated on the specs. The power adapter cord is braided and appears very sturdy. It has USB C on the cord - not the pin end, so it is compatible with lots of electronics. Screen visual is good. It would probably be better if I chose a different option, but that takes more power and I would rather have longer battery life. Very nice computer for the money.

I experienced wonderful customer service while picking out a new computer at Best Buy. The computer is really great, and I am still learning how to use all of its capabilities.

Just a basic model for leisurely use. Not much office work any more, some research. The screen display is good for the price.

I like the laptop its fast in processing, using it mostly for excel spreadsheets so far so good. however I have a problem with the power pack its overheating and sometimes is on and off

I got this computer opened and I have been pleasantly surprised! It came as new and has been working perfectly! It paired really well with a pen just bought on Amazon. This has been a great buy.

Originally went to look at a laptop for my daughter. Spoke to a gentleman named Kevin and he helped us narrow down the perfect laptop for my daughter’s needs for her school. Went back a few days later and bought it. No regrets, my daughter absolutely loves her laptop.

Love it! Since I have bought it I have had no issues light and can take every where without it being a hassle.

Bought this for my wife, she mainly uses it to play games, it runs GTA 5 no problem but mainly gets used for tv shows and Roblox. Only problem is the Face ID almost never works and the keyboard stops working sometimes because it supposed to turn off when you have it in touch screen mode I just think it’s too sensitive.

Love it I can use it as a regular lab top or I can fold it into a tablet option . The fact it’s touch screen too it’s wonderful it’s light weight and it charges very fast . Great item!

Good service, not trying to sell me more than I needed showed me options but customized to my needs. Really like my HP Omni laptop. Just what I was looking for.

Works great as advertised. No surprises. Just charged battery and letting it go down and back up several times to train the battery. Not crazy about Windows 11 but 10 is going away soon.

Love the compact size and the larger keys. I was concerned with adjustments that I would have to make with transitioning from my older computer, but it has been quite easy.

Great purchase. Using for school classes online and no issues so far. Has great features!
