    I had audio issues almost from the outset with my first HP OmniBook X Flip laptop, which was identified as the internal speakers not working. I brought this laptop to a Best Buy location after I was told by both an MS Windows support person and a GeekSquad agent that it was a hardware problem. Best Buy sent the laptop to an offsite location, and when I went to the store to pick it up, I was informed that it was not a hardware issue but needed a critical update. I was also told that they were charging me $85+ for the fix, which I disputed. I accepted the Best Buy offer to exchange the original laptop for a new one. I'm still experiencing the same audio issue with the replacement laptop
