Nice laptop. The look and feel are good, but sometimes the performance is a little slow.

Great pricing ($440), looks good and stylish with touch screen. But I already started noticing that it gets slow with multi windows open and not even advanced applications. So I would rate 3.5/5.

I bought this laptop to use for light web browsing and typing. The build quality of the device is impressive. However, the software needs improvement. It did not feel very optimized. Windows 11 crashed a lot. The battery life was only 1/3 of what is advertised. This is even after I uninstalled unnecessary apps and got rid of as much bloatware as I could. The facial recognition worked 1/2 the time. I ended up going back to a MacBook. I only give two stars because the touchscreen is pretty nice, as is the ability to use the laptop as a tablet. It would have been nice to have the HP pen included for the price of the device.

It is very hard to get use too. When you buy a computer from Best Buy you then have to pay another 200 dollars to have it set up. So much for customer Service.

This laptop worked great for at least 6 months or so, now it requires daily updates for the bluetooth to work, no online tips have worked.

So good so far besides the touch pad gets stuck sometimes. Im going to get it fixed. I wouldnt buy this item if it wasnt on sale

Have not had a chance to set this up but I like the blue color.

The first one we got broke within a couple weeks. But good thing I got the warranty for it but I didn’t think I would’ve used it so early

Bought an open box as a graduation gift to save a few bucks, unfortunately, Geek Squad didn’t do their job properly, and the keys are defective. The laptop was gifted after the return/exchange timeframe, so now I have to go through the clowns at HP who’re also giving me the runaround. Just ridiculous!

Nice keyboard, color and size. Dedicated graphics.

The keyboard it’s not what I expected, very short travel key and not very pleasant to type on. That’s the only down side of this laptop.

There are not enough usb ports for this to be useful for me

Doesnt charge using other chargers or my battery pack like my last one.

I thought the product was new and not open box. Surprisingly, the product has no manual/instruction manual. Included was just a leaflet with just a sparse English which does not contain any tangible information

Great computer but since it was open box I thought they would have wiped the hard drive... nope. Still had the past owner's log in user info.

Good for everyday use but the thermals could have been better.
