Have been using this as a work laptop. No wonder Apple is winning on every front. Should have gone with MacBook Air instead. The computer has been hanging frequently and stuck on "Stage 2 of 2 Cleaning up. You're 0% there. Please keep your computer on." for hours on end. If I force restart, the Windows UI is not usable, i.e., Can't even use the start menu. If I go and do a "update and restart", it goes into the "0% cleanup" loop and never gets out. My work is getting affected at this point and I will try to return this and probably buy a Dell or Lenovo. On top of this, after paying a premium sum, I get fed ads from HP within Windows!! How dumb these product guys can be? Not to mention the fact that there are boat loads of crapware. No Wonder Apple is winning ion every front. I wish I could just buy a Mac. But have to buy a PC for work. DO NOT buy this HP crap!! You will gets ads on a machine you paid $1100 to own for foreseeable future. Looks nice though.

This computer replaced a Dell Inspiron 13 2-in-1. Comparable in most areas....better location of the power switch and volume adjustment, really nice lighted keyboard. This has more RAM and storage than my previous laptop, which did not accommodate Windows 11. So far, liking this computer a lot.

A good quality laptop for work or school. Does a good job for it's price. The screen works will and the tablet mode is good. However The keys are already lifting after a month. It's quite heavy. Keep your charger why you, it does in line 3 hours of use.

I need a laptop for simple things like filing my taxes, the occasional internet search, storing critical files, etc. I don’t need a high end machine. This laptop is exactly what I need. It’s fantastic value for the money. This is the third HP laptop for me. HP PC’s are very reliable. I only bought this one because the old one couldn’t be upgraded to Windows 11
