We upgraded from a Dell Inspiron laptop due to Microsoft bowing out on their support of windows 10 computers. We are pleased with our new HP Omnibook X Flip Laptop AI's performance and ease of use.

So far so great! It was on sale so a good price, and exactly what we were looking for. Also the individual who helped us was knowledgeable and searched everywhere to find us the last computer in stock of the one we were looking for

This is by far the best Laptop I have owned and the features are unmatched, with Ai and Co-pilot, touchscreen and incredible Audio, this Laptop is ahead of its time. No waiting to boot-up with its powerful Intel Ultra 7 Core Processor, this thing rocks.

Good screen with an easy keyboard for typing. I like the background not blurry. Easy on your eye. I just love it.

It was time to purchase a new laptop, Best Buy was my only choice. The staff from greeter at door to the young man who listened and understood what i wanted. Thank you, I'm still learning my new HP somethings have changed but not much. Grateful to the Geek Squad who assisted with my old laptop.

Excellent computer for the price. Thus far, it has met all of my expectation. It boots up immediately with no lag time. My last computer was an HP and based upon its service, I wanted to remain with HP due to its qualty reputation. Love the backlit keyboard. Have not used the 2 in 1 flip since my intentions are not to use it as a tablet. However, the hinges appears solid enough to accommodate this type use.

I am loving me new OmniBook, I love the touchscreen option. Smooth transition from a MacBook to this Laptop.

It's much easier to work on because of larger screen and keyboard. But it is slower than the Dell I had before.

Very fast computer. I love the size of the screen too.

Rough start as the screen would go black and not function right. Took it in and they were able to update everything and get it working correctly. Since then havent had any issues. My only complaint with this is that the keyboard didnt have the number pad. But I bought a keyboard to link to it while im at my desk.

Very happy with my purchase. had a little trouble due to the store being crazy busy, but the staff were helpful and the computer works great

We are delighted with how easily we were able to make the transition from our old computer to our new OmniBook X Flip. Love the touch screen, it works well and it is very fast.
