    Awesome product. Salesman was very informative and gave me the facts. I did buy a more expensive model then I went in to get but am happy with the differences in quality for the price. Salesman never pushed me to buy the higher priced one but was very informative on both products I was looking at to buy.

    My service rep was great! I needed to replace a new Hp laptop which is my preferred brand and the Microsoft staff in best buy made me feel heard. Ensure I stayed within my budget and had coverage for hardware that may need to be replaced

    Product OK so far, but the serice was very terrible. They made a promise they did not keep, and I lost a lot of my research because they did not back up the hard drive on my old computer like the promised. When we requested the hard drive of that computer, one of the managers said he could not get it. He did not even try to get it. I filled out a review on this before. Why again? I can say that I was not treated well at Best Buy in Abilene on more than one occasion.

    I love the laptop, however the customer service was terrible. I bought this laptop because the sales guy said it would go on sale the next day and it didn’t. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to go home and get the laptop to return in time as I was going on vacation. At that point I was stuck with it.
